This is no wonder as we have had one of the coldest winters on record this year.
This is likely the first time in about 40 years in which this has occurred.
This winter has seen colder temperatures, and a lot of snow brought in from the far West (Prairies) and the far south where moisture is brought in to the Great Lakes.
This is good news for boaters and fisherman as lake levels will be higher this year.
