Record of Site Condition (ROSC)
In some cases, clients may wish to take their property to a complete Record of Site Condition. The Record of Site Condition documents the environmental condition of a site as of a certain date and must be provided by a Certified Professional. Financial Institutions may require an ROSC for financing purposes. An ROSC requires detailed Phase One and Phase Two Environmental Assessments that are sufficient to withstand intense scrutiny from the Ministry of Environment (MOE). If environmental impacts are present, they must be fully delineated in both soil and groundwater before ROSCs are approved by the MOE. In cases where contamination is deep or widespread, this may require significant additional drilling, sampling required to achieve full delineation. Maddalena Environmental is experienced with these requirements to minimize costs and avoid project delays. If a Record of site Condition is required, we provide the client with the estimated work program to achieve this goal with appropriate modifications as project progresses depending on the findings. In all cases, the client is provided the most cost-effective investigation design specifically suited for the site. |
