Dark Matter and Dark Energy Dominate the Universe

This is a great lecture that summarizes some of the evidence for the existence of dark matter and dark energy in the universe. The lecture is by Professor Allen Heavens at Imperial College London.

As it turns out Einstein really calculated the universe was expanding at a rate equal to a cosmological constant, which he thought was his greatest blunder.  He added this constant because he was assuming a static universe. So the real universe is expanding and it is expanding faster, the further away we look.
